The house is situated in a grove of pine trees, evergreen and common oak-trees as well as arbrutus, approximately fifty yards from the gate which gives access to the estate. We are at about a hundred yards from the main entrance of the beach of "La Clère".
One gets access to the bedroom by going all the way down the lane. The bedroom itself is situated in an independent wing of the house and a parking space is right in front ot the room-door. As well a private terrace allows the guests to relax. Right near by, guests have the facilities to prepare their own meals with the help of a fridge, micro wave oven , basic cutlery and crockery.
The room is about 15 square metres with the addition of a private bathroom with a shower toilets and washbasin. There is a double bed, and an extra one for one person can be added with additional cost.
The room is equipped with a television and a VCR. More than a hundred books dealing mainly with customs and history of the Vendée are at the guests' use...
It is of course possible to have breakfast served, but guests have at their disposal all the necessary equipment for preparing it, including a kettle, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery...
